The Coastal Masters Group Closing Center Enrollment and Terms Of Service The Coastal Masters Group and The Coastal Closers are professional business entities hereinafter referred to as "The Closers." The person or persons who complete the Form below, hereinafter referred to as "Member" shall enter into this agreement jointly and willingly, for a period of ONE YEAR. Membership shall be considered "agreed upon" by both Parties upon PAYMENT by "Member" AND ACCEPTANCE OF PAYMENT by "The Closers" and shall remain in effect for a period of ONE YEAR from Date Of Acceptance. TERMS OF SERVICE 1. "The Closers" agree to accept leads generated by "Member" for the purpose of engaging in CLOSING SALES FOR "MEMBER" in the Closing Center and Coastal Vacations, on a BEST EFFORTS BASIS. 2. "The Closers" shall work these Leads for a period of 30 Days from receipt of such Leads OR until it is determined any such Lead is "Dead" due to No Funds Available (NFA), Absolute Refusal (AR), or Lead is SOLD AND ENROLLED in The Center under one of the then existing START UP OPTIONS. 3. "The Closers" agree to RETURN ALL LEADS to "Member" regardless of outcome or disposition of Lead, with either a CHECK FOR THE SALE or with the HISTORY AND DETERMINATION from the "Closer" who worked the lead. 4. "The Closers" agree to RELEASE FUNDS FROM SALES upon funds tendered to "The Closers" CLEARING to "The Closers" bank account and after a minimum of THREE (3) DAYS has passed from the Date Of Sale to allow for any possible reversal of Sale. Pay will be sent weekly to allow sales to accumulate and be included in the weekly pay period. 5. "Member" agrees to apply their "Best Efforts" to promote "The Closers" in advertising, co-ops, emails and any other means readily available and within "Members" financial and personal abilities. 6. "Member" agrees they will NOT use any deceptive, illegal or other misleading methods to promote "The Closers" in their promotion efforts, including but not limited to: SPAM, converting of funds to personal use, lieing, cross-line sponsoring of any existing Coastal Masters Group or "The Closers Members" or any other act that would be deemed by reasonable and prudent business people as violating good and honest business practices. 7. "Member" agrees if they live inside the United States, before they can receive any checks or payments from "The Closers" they will have on file with "The Closers" their Social Security Number and a current Tax Form to allow "The Closers" to make valid Commission Payments to "Member." 8. "Member" agrees ALL PAYMENTS for "The Closer" fees and Coastal Vacations Packages which are to be cleared through "The Closers" will be tendered to "The Closers" for payment and not through "Member" for processing. "Member" agrees they are NOT a "go between" for purchaser and "The Closers" for any payments. 9. Nothing in this Agreement limits or is meant to limit "Member" from selling OUTSIDE "The Closers" organization, or limiting "Member" in any way from exercising their ability to sell using their existing Directors Release. 10. This Agreement can be terminated by either Party with 30 Days Notice in written communication of intention to do so, delivered either by US Postal Service or electronic mail with confirmed delivery receipt. 11. After 3 Days from Date Of Purchase, there are NO REFUNDS for either "The Closers" fee or the purchase price of any Coastal Vacations Package included in the Purchase. Because all Services and Products will be delivered and due to the nature of this business, after 3 Days ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. 12. Attempts to reverse payments through stop pay or charge backs will be treated as an attempt of fraud. This is for the protection of all "Members" as well as "The Closers" to ensure all business transactions are solid and complete and to build the solid financial security we are all wanting. 13. "The Closers" is meant to be an ADDITIONAL INCOME SOURCE for "Member" and both "Member" and "The Closers" should enjoy a mutually beneficial and supportive relationship through this Agreement. If after reading this Agreement and our Terms Of Service, you find this makes as much sense to you as it does to us and our "Members" then we WELCOME YOU to our Team and Invite you to join us. ONLINE MEMBERSHIP FORM By completing the form and sending it to us, you are electronically "Signing" our Membership Agreement and agreeing to our Terms Of Service and applying for 1 Year of Closing Center Service. Renewal is currently .00 per year thereafter or the then published renewal rate. Your Membership Fee can be for just "The Closers" service, in which case you will have either TWO or THREE QUALIFYING SALES made for you to bring you to the level of Qualified Director. You will not receive a Coastal Vacations Package with your Membership Purchase. Your Membship Fee can include "The Closers" service and the Level I or Level II Coastal Vacations Package. In this case, you will receive the Package of your choice and you will have only ONE Qualifying Sale made to become a Qualified Director at the Level you purchased. You will receive a Coastal Vacations Package with your Membership Purchase. After completing the form and submitting it, you will be forwarded to our Payment Transaction Page where you can either pay by Credit Card ..
